Dave, the man behind my dream to buy new home for the first time.Dave and his supporting staff makes buying a house so easy.! Dave makes buying a house so easy!My husband and I where living in limbo for about a month waiting to close on our house while my husband was traveling to work 3 hrs each way Dave made it so we only had to meet once before closing and everything else was emails and phone calls very helpful.

David helped us with our mortgage need all the way thru. He even came to our house instead of us going to his office. He makes it very convenient for his customers unlike other mortgage lender where you have to make appt. with them based on their avaialability. I will recommend him 100% to anyone.

Dave is probably the most honest mortgage broker that I have ever dealt with. He laid out step by step on what needed to be done to make sure that underwriting was going to go smoothly. He was super fast and very responsive and was very willing to walk my family through any bumps in the road we had and did everything in his power to make sure everything was good to close on time. We had an issue where we needed to refi our house in short order to purchase land. Other companies would only promise 45 - 60 days. David promised he could deliver on our refi in 30 days or less. It was less. David was very responsive and kept us informed of throughout the mortgage process. He answered calls and texts from me at all hours and always made sure we were informed. He works with very responsive team and we were very impressed with the level of service.
