Dave was a delight to work with. This was my first mortgage and I was uneasy about the process and needed guidance. Dave Flashner is the only man I'd ever trust to help me get into a house. Dave Flashner is outstanding. He made sure to meet us in person to get us comfortable with the entire process and was able to pull off an amazingly quick closing so that we would not be left homeless for any period of time between the sale of our old home and the closing on our new one.
