Very professional and prompt. We never had any issues. The information was always very clear and he helped us understand everything. Informed us if any issues were present and made sure we took care of them in a timely manner. Overall great experience.

I just started working with Dave yesterday and I am very pleased so far! Turnaround was almost instant and he was thorough, pleasant and patient. Searching for a new home can be very stressful but he definitely took some of the weight off.
Dave is a key player in my real estate business. He guides my clients through the mortgage process so they are always well informed with little to no stress. He gets them to the closing table and they fully understand every step of the way!
Had a closing in which the buyer could not get a mortgage and could not find to finance the deal. Dave stepped in and made it work. The process was not easy and Dave did everything to make the deal go through.
