I have known Dave for 11 years. This is the 3rd mortgage that I have had the pleasure of getting with Dave. He truly makes the experience hassle-free. He also handled the mortgage for my son a few years back. Dave was able to do for him when others had told him NO. Dave is superior when it comes to working with his clients. I will not hesitate to use him again in the future, should the need arise, and would recommend him to others in search of a mortgage. Thanks again Dave for everything.
Suzanne was a pleasure to work with. She was very transparent and did everything in her power to make the transaction as smooth as possible. I represented the seller, so technically she did not have to interact with me much, but I felt like she was on our side throughout the entire process. She has one goal in mind, and that is to get to the closing table on time, if not early, and to keep everyone happy along the way. I look forward to working with her much more in the future.

I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who doesn't use Dave as their lender. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and professional.
