Dave is very quick and knows how to get a loan closed. He will help you with getting all the information that you need. With all the information the underwriters are asking for now it is a very long process but Dave will walk you through what needs to be done. He is very good at his job and I recommend him to new or refi home buyers.

David Flashner exceeded my expectations. Not only was I kept informed every step throughout the process, but he went above that by being proactive and thereby avoiding delays in the transaction. David is amongst the best in the business. Even if you can't end up getting a loan with him at that time, he will give you the advice and tools you need to get you to where you want to go in regards to buying a home.

Dave was very helpful during this stressful process. He had incredible and fast response time, maintained organization, and did everything in his power to make sure the process was as stress free as possible. He was super easy to get in contact with and the team he worked with was just as great. If you are looking for a loan officer, you would be nuts not to hire him!

This was my first time refinancing my mortgage. I had a primary mortgage and HELOC that I wanted to roll into one mortgage. Dave took the time to lay out all the steps that would occur during the process and was accessible 7 days a week, day and night to answer my questions. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had constant communication with me during the process and the overall experience was stress free. Dave was great to work with! He was very responsive, night or day including weekends! He worked with us to find the best rate that fit out needs. We were purchasing a short sale home which can be a long, difficult process and Dave was there every step of the way. He even came to our closing to make sure everything was exactly as it was supposed to be. We've bought and sold 5 homes now and that's the first time we've had our lender come to the closing!
