I have known Dave for 11 years. This is the 3rd mortgage that I have had the pleasure of getting with Dave. He truly makes the experience hassle-free. He also handled the mortgage for my son a few years back. Dave was able to do for him when others had told him NO. Dave is superior when it comes to working with his clients. Suzanne was a pleasure to work with. She was very transparent and did everything in her power to make the transaction as smooth as possible. I represented the seller, so technically she did not have to interact with me much, but I felt like she was on our side throughout the entire process.
