My experience with Dave Flashner was a very good one. He explained how everything was supposed to go and everything went just as he explained. He kept the lines of communication open by informing me of all of the details and procedures throughout the entire process.

Dave and his team is very knowledgeable, his understanding of the lending process and ability to help assist us in determining which mortgage avenue was best for us was the prime reason we decided to use Dave and his team, over any of the other lenders we spoke with, when buying our first house. Worked with us to obtain an acceptable refinance. My wife and I had less than perfect credit scores and David worked diligently to provide a refinance option, that my wife and I were happy with. David had many ways to contact him including email and a couple of phone numbers. He was always prompt to provide answers to our many questions.
