I'll admit I didn't know a lot about purchasing a home or all the legal aspects of it, but Dave made it very easy to understand and was there to answer every question I had. I have purchased 3 houses in the last 15 years. Dave Flashner was the most professional man that I have ever worked with. David is a nice person, but sometimes, lacks complete knowledge of the products; and he suffers from indecision when something does not go as planned. In a situation when his promises go awry, he hides from the customer. He often does not answer the phone calls or reply to emails. His delayed or “not rather prompt” service cost me thousands of dollars.
