Suzanne is great from a professional and personal standpoint. She has been very communicative and kind with us. Requested information was not turned over in a timely manner causing undue stress. Information was not provided as requested which ran out the time basically holding us hostage to do business with Stockton Mortgage when we wanted to go elsewhere. We were denied information so we had to settle on terms we did not want and under duress.
