David is the best, we moved from out of state. He kept us in the loop on everything & communicated to us immediately if he needed anything. If I ever move again, he will be doing our loan. I've never had such a smooth process.
Working with David was a real pleasure. Though I knew a little bit about the process, he walked me through the nuisances of it all. He helped me make informed decisions and went to bat for me when an underwriter was asking for too much additional information. I would highly recommend contacting David Flashner.
Dave is very helpful and explained all the processes to first time home buyers very well. He promptly responds to all queries and is reachable by both email and phone. He made the process of buying home so easy.
I've heard a lot of stories -good and bad- regarding the home buying experience, but I'm happy to report that my experience with Dave was great.
