We were first time homebuyers and Dave was a fantastic help in making sure we understood everything that was happening and all of the options available. His entire team was thorough and very quick to reply to any questions and make this as smooth of a process as possible. When a small error caused a speed bump, Dave worked immediately to fix it and get us back on track!
David Flashner proved to be our best decision after we chose our house. David and his team kept me in the loop on every detail with the financing and underwriting of our house. I never had to chase down, email or call David. He made it his job to follow through with every detail.
We had a unique, time consuming situation that had to be done in a VERY short time frame. We couldn't have done it without a professional like Dave with the knowledge and follow through to make it happen. We couldn't be happier.
We've all heard horror stories about how difficult is to buy a house-especially if you're using a government-sponsored down payment assistance program. Dave Flashner is the only man I'd ever trust to help me get into a house. Dave Flashner is outstanding. He made sure to meet us in person to get us comfortable with the entire process and was able to pull off an amazingly quick closing so that we would not be left homeless for any period of time between the sale of our old home and the closing on our new one. Normally I don't write reviews but this is the exception because Dave and and his team were EXCEPTIONAL. I'm not going to tell you they made this experience easy because home buying is not an easy process. However, Dave and his team worked 24/7 on getting us into our new home.
