Service, including hostess and waitress was very apathetic. Very unprofessional, seemed like we were a nuisance to them.
It was a busy evening, but the wait staff was excellent as was the food. I gave a very low mark for ambiance, not for the restaurant, but for the loud inconsiderate patrons at one table that made the evening difficult for all the tables in the area. It was obvious that if they were confronted they would have been to ignorant to understand. If someone wants to be that loud and obnoxious, go to McDonald’s, they’re used to dealing with screaming children and those that act like it.
Waitresses would ask if we needed anything then would be gone for 10 to 15 minutes before coming back with what we had asked for.

We had a reservation, but our table was not ready on time. The hostess didn't give us any information on when it would be ready or how we would be contacted. Wait staff was a little slow. We had the ask for bread and for dthe ink refills. Food was good.

Sat down ordered drinks. 10 minutes later ordered food. 25 minutes later still no drinks so we left and went somewhere else.

I have not been there for 2 years. The quality has gone down a lot and I was not impressed. Service was terribly slow. You could not get a cold glass for your beer and my filet was stringy and gristled. I spent almost $400.00 taking my friends out for my birthday and had to apologize for the terrible food and experience. Sadly, we don’t want to come back.

Haven’t eaten here in a few years as we moved a half hour north. Nowhere near as good as it used to be.
We have always enjoyed stone Creek Greenwood, we a have company Christmas party’s here for past 4 years, we were disappointed in service, food everything has Garlic on it even baked potatoes, manager change? Or someone in charge of menu must be Italian?? If we wanted Italian that’s where we would have went. Hope it changes but won’t be back until changes back. Thank you.
We have eaten here several times over the past years, and usually have great food and service. This visit, the service wasn’t great, the food came out cold and the overall experience was disappointing. It was my daughter’s 16th birthday and I wish we would have gone elsewhere.
