Service was not very good. Had to ask for water, bread, other accommodations at least 3 times before they were brought. Wouldn’t sit us until our whole party was there (we were missing two people) as we watched them sit patties of 10 with 2 people present. Manager was not helpful. We made reservations and when sitting us the table was dirty. Filled with crumbs and not enough plates or water glasses were on the table. Very unorganized and unprofessional staff.
Understand events going on this weekend (Confirmation and Mother’s Day) allowed for high volume on Saturday night however we had a party of 8 including a small child and with our reservation we had to wait 30 min before being seated and had to wait for waters, refills, and knives to eat our then cold food. Manager offered us comped appetizers due to wait time but I feel they should have planned better and maybe not accepted so many reservations on this night. We are marking this off our dining list for now.
We had a large group last year and the food was great. This year the menu is smaller, the portions are smaller and the price stayed the same. I don't mind spending money if the quality is good. The waitress was not the best either.
Menu change was a terrible idea and it appears the cooks/chefs feel the same way because food has been subpar on every visit since the change. On top of that, our orders are consistently wrong. Use to be our favorite place to eat, but now we’re not sure if we will ever be back.
Stone Creek has always been a good bet but this trip was a Huge disappointment. The menu has been completely changed and the tried and true dishes are no longer available. My filet medallions were served well done vs medium rare and absolutely no flavor. I sent it back and was not offered any compensation since I had to wait for my entree and the rest of my party ate their dinner. Service was slow and lacking in keeping up with refills. They have lost my business.
We just visited 2 weeks ago and really enjoyed it. But now the menu has changed and not as many options or sides to choose from. We had a part of ten w reservations and waited 30 minutes for our table. Ok that is fine but we had lackluster service. Empty glasses, no offer of more beverages from the bar. One entree was wrong and it was corrected by cooking the steak to medium but only half the steak came back. A filet is small anyway. Service was pretty slow, especially considering the fact that they weren't very busy. Our server might have been stretched a little thin.
Food was HORRIBLE!!!! Extremely dried out proteins and the mashed potato’s weren’t edible....
We made a 1:30 reservation for their Easter Brunch, maybe it was better at 10:30, but the buffet @ $25 each was pretty pitiful at 1:30. Plus the diners next to us were putting plate fulls of food into their bags from the buffet. The wait staff seemed to notice but did not say anything. It made us very uncomfortable. I understand that late into a buffet things may change, but the substituted items were lack luster.
