We were so disappointed in the service, had to hunt our server down. In addition, the bus boys were running back and forth playing in the aisle between the far wall and the bar. Very disruptive. The steaks were burnt, the au gratin potatoes were burnt and the food was really sub-par. We have been frequent visitors at Stone Creek, and even earned our $100 gift card as a result of our reward points. We were so disappointed.
The steak was awesome. The pork chops used to be terrific as well but, the new way or preparation is horrible. Go BACK to the original way of preparing the pork chops.
We went to Stone Creek - Greenwood for a celebration and the service was terrible. I have been to the other Stone Creeks in the area and have never experienced such poor service. First of all it took approximately 10 minutes for the server to even stop by after we were seated and then another 15 minutes for him to come back to take our drink order. Service was extremely slow, food was over cooked and to try to hide that fact they over suced everything. Even after saying something to our server about the food the manager never even came to the table to apologies. Highly over priced and I would never recommend this place to anyone. It gets a -5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
I have been to your restaurant a handful of times mostly because it is quite expensive so it is not in my budget for a normal night out. My husband and I go at least once a year, normally for a special occasion. I was looking forward to our dinner all day. I enjoyed my evening but my food was not good. The bread and cocktails were good, but our steak was not very flavorful. I have had much better steaks elsewhere for cheaper. Also go cheesecake for dessert- it tasted like the tubs that you get from Wal-Mart. Not impressed. Very loud.
