We had dinner at 4:15 on Dec. 24, 2016. We were seated in an area that was accessed by going down three steps. The steps are not very well lit and have dark carpeting on them. My husband missed the last step and fell to the floor. The staff was aware of the fall but did not report it to a manger or if they did, the manager did not come to check on my husband. First time to order park chops and they were average. Will not recommend them.
Very business. Christmas eve. Took a long time to even get salad.
Service was mediocre at best. Had to ask for drink refills repeatedly and seemed to be against removing dirty dishes from our table. Food took a good 40 minutes to come out, had to ask manager to check on it for us, suddenly it appeared. They cut my steak into strips! Not just my steak but everyone's steak at the table. Will be a bit before we go back.
Most of our meals were ok, but I got the special (talipia) it wasn't good. Bud light beer was old and one person's soup was cold. The noise level the last few times we've been there has been horrible. We have been seated on the north wall of the main level. That is really annoying.
I have dined here several times. Normally no issues. However this time was different. Our server was nice but not attentive. When my salmon came out, it was not cooked all the way. Our server never came back to check on us. I had to ask another employee to get our server which I could see standing by the kitchen chatting with about 4 other servers and none of them even turned around to check their tables. We had not been for a while and I doubt we'll return. Service was slow and the food was mediocre. Crab "cake" was disappointing, a really poor value. Salmon and mahi-mahi were both poor values. Shrimp and white chili were ok. The waiter was apologetic for slow service of the kitchen. On second thought, I KNOW we'll not be back.
