Disappointed. Service was extremely slow and poor. Went for a long time with 2 empty water glasses. Drinks took 20+ minutes and were delivered long after the salads - almost at the same time as the entrees. Noise level extremely high, very difficult to have a conversation. Food was good when it arrived but that also took 30+ minutes. Overall I would say the experience was very disappointing and not at all as we've had with the Stone Creek restaurants on the west and north sides of town.
We sat and ate at the bar. The bartender, a girl, she was terrible. Her service skills sucked, she took forever to get to us and it was not crowded at all. She never followed up she had no conversation or greeting, basically she had social grace. Sort of a rock. Dan J Greenwood
The temperature was soooo hot in the building we were literally sweating. Made the experience very unenjoyable.
To much over the top to try and make the food taste better, instead it tasted worse. Dipping sauce had way to many peppers in it and one you got one you couldn't breath. Service was slow and it wasn't busy. Brought the wrong food to one of the guest at the table. No one at the table was happy with the food. Had the chicken parm and it was burnt on the bottom and the chicken tasted like rubber. Heard other people behind us complaining about food. Overall, don't think I will be coming back any time soon.
My wife and I eat at Stone Creek on a regular basis when we dine out. I took my wife there for her birthday on Monday night. I ordered the meatloaf as it was new to the menu and when it arrived it was ice cold. I told the server about the condition of the food and he immediately took it back to fix the problem. Great restaurant, however, not accessible to those in a wheel chair. My relative couldn't even get into the bathroom. Other than that everything else was great with the service and food.
Waitress was rude both food orders were wrong and waitress could care less. Wife put hand in leftover food from last people.
*friends in town for the 500 had never been *for the second time (we've been several times) the restaurant got too warm
The service was slow, seems like they were short-staffed and 3/4 of our orders came out wrong.
