Left message on your website with a review, but received no reply. Very disappointing visit. Luckily the food was good, but service was a failure so many times in so many ways. Felt staff had plenty of opportunities to win us over, but they were oblivious. Would be happy to provide details. Wound hope you’d want the constructive feedback.

This is my 2nd visit to Stone Creek in Montgomery. The food on first visit was excellent. Second visit the fish was undercooked and steak was not good as first visit. Not sure if I will return. Bread is excellent.

I did note on the reservation that our dinner reservation was to celebrate a birthday. No one at the restaurant acknowledged that fact.

Shane was outstanding and we tried to reflect it in our tip. Our only complaint is that IT WAS TOoooooo COLD when we got there at 3:45pm and it did NOT start to warm up until about 5pm when we were leaving!!! It took the Manager till about 4:30pm too figure out to finally CLOSE the Foyer door (and I know because I was the one to when he said he was "closing the door because it would help hold in the heat", and I agreed with him!!!
