The restaurant was very very cold, friends of ours even left without ordering a second drink because of the cold. Someone sitting at a table across was even sitting on her hands because of the cold. I said something to the Manager, Adam and his sarcastic answer was I was the only one complaining, not so. Had we not already ordered would have left. Great job by the Chef on a change up I did on a menu selection. Shawn conveyed my request perfectly. Again, too bad the so called “new menu” is so inadequate. You ask a lot of your regular customers to continue to support your restaurant when you really haven’t had a chance in a few years. Chris and Lori made sure everything was to our liking, I did express my disappointment in the menu.
They are short of waiters so get a reservation because they are having trouble wiating on the all the tables.
Really too bad you didn’t actually do a NEW menu, big disappointment.
Food was ok, but not memorable. For a restaurant half full it was moderately noisy. Attention to detail and service was the issue. A salad ordered without capers and with dressing on the side came smothered in capers and tossed with dressing. It was promptly replaced but should not have happened. Water glasses were not refilled once.
1st timers. Great food. Service needs a little tweaking. We were sat at our table quickly - host was attentive. Our server gave us water & then walked past us for about 30 min. We thought he was just providing water - not our server. We finally asked him, can you let our server know we are ready to order - he then said oh that’s me🤨. So needless to say we were pretty disappointed then. Sadly, the service still was not good.
I got the special and I didn’t know it was so expensive. I don’t feel like the meal was worth the price. Also the people sitting near us were very loud. I had a hard time hearing my friend.
Would have preferred not to sit in the bar area. When I make a reservation I expect to sit in the dining room.
