The meat was cold when it came to the table! I became very sick from eating just green beans and salad.
Took 10 minutes to be seated at a 50% full restaurant. Took another 5 before seeing waitress. Dinner started with a mis-made lukewarm Cesar salad, followed by an entree of ribs, which were served lukewarm, with a bean cassoulet that was barely cooked (cassoulet is a long simmering dish). The staff was not informed of any of this.
Why do you have to play music? If I go to a restaurant I expect to eat and talk. If I want music I go to a concert! But IF for some reason you need to play music..make it a QUIET piano or string quartet.
Poor slow service and food came out lukewarm...not what is expected in this caliber restaurant.
Wow. Don’t know how or what we did to deserve the WORST table in the entire restaurant. Made reservations over 2 weeks ago and ended up at a table located right by the kitchen with a lovely view of the dishwashing/trash room. What I ask myself when the restaurant wasn’t full why the would ever sit anyone in this location ?? Total disappointment. Looked like a beautiful restaurant and this was our first visit. Overall I would recommend Stone Creek. This particular dinner our server failed to tell us about the specials that evening. While we were eating we overheard another server telling his table about them. That was disappointing. Also I ordered my filet to be cooked Medium and it came out well done. I
When we asked the manager about the sun shining directly in our eyes we were very rudely told- “New shades have been ordered” We actually put on sunglasses it was so bright! There were many other empty tables not in the sun, but they did not offer to move us. The manager actually told us he was sorry he was rude when we left- we totally agreed! Very bad experience!
Menu is limited...too many pasta dishes! Prices are too high for the amount as well as the quality of food served. Stone Creek USED to be a favorite …..not any more!
