We are regular customers, and this is the first time we have NOT had good service. Typically the servers are prompt, friendly and attentive. This was not the case this evening. The good was excellent!
We always eat at stone creek w/friends & have a great experience. This time has changed our minds about coming back. We had reservations for 10 and were crammed into a table for 8 in the worst possible location with the highest traffic making it impossible to talk to everyone at the table. They really should not except reservations for groups that big if they can not support the group at a table that all can all to one another and have elbow room. My husbands steak was really cold. We had very horrible service and the food was not good. They didn't have enough utensils because a large party was coming that night. We also paid our bill, walked out the door and the waitress made us come back inside because she realized that she gave us the wrong bill. So, everyone thought that we didn't pay and we were late for our function. Highly embarrassing. Will never go there again and will not recommend it. Such a disappointment because we were looking forward to it.
Went to Stone Creek for a Birthday meal with two friends. Service was good and friendly. French onion soup appetizer was very salty none of us finished it. I had a salad which was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. My friends both had Mahi Mahi and it was very dry and not flavorful. I had beef medallions which were bland. Waitress kept dragging chairs by our table for a large party which was annoying. Was not worth the 20 to 25 dollar an entree price.
Strange wait staff.
Potatoes were raw and one pork chop was dry
The food prices are too high for what you get. I ordered the swordfish entree and couldn't believe how tiny the piece of fish was. I could do much better at a place like Bonefish.
