Worst car deal EVER This has been the worse, most unprofessional and unethical car buying experience ever. This dealership is very very unprofessional! For over a year and a half, we have been dealing with the bad trunk lift door on our 2009 Oddyssey coming down on us without any warning. The trunk does not stay up. The problem started 6 months after Carey Paul "fixed" the problem for us. I work 14 hours a day, 6 days a week, so I kept putting it off to fix. Took a Honda Accord LX there for a pre-sale check up. Car was running fine for days with no problems prior to taking it there. After the car was checked out and the check engine lights diagnosed, I left. A few minutes later while I was driving, the car started skipping and bucking on and off (it's still doing it now). First of all when I came to get the work done on my car I asked for John and was told he would do the work and he did not. I was there to have a ECM that I brought flashed to my 2001 Honda Civic LX key. The one I had in would start but it took anywhere from 30 to 45 min to start and stay on. They wanted me to have a diagnostic test which cost $115.00. I told them I had already done it at another Honda dealer and they told me it was the ECM. purchased 2011 accord at carey paul 3 weeks ago. car spent most of that time in garage. finally washed car and discovered scatches on trim around window. I purchased a pre-owned 2000 Honda Accord on October 21, 2010. About six weeks later on December 9, the car left me and my two year old stranded on the side of the road 4 1/2 hours from home.
