I went online found the car I want . Key was there to assist me through it all. Knowledgeable ,fast and superb service !! I just left another dealer that left a bad taste in my mouth. Shame on you! Never again When signing the contract, I(wife) couldn’t be there! I personally told them over the phone to have No maintenance agreement! Husband said No! They confused a 73 old man into to signing a $2400 maintenance agreement. They knew what they were doing and didn’t care! To me they took advantage of an old man and SCAMMED him! Never again! BUYER BEWARE!
Unbelievably terrible experience This dealership is scum. Honda & Mr. Carey Paul's family should sincerely look into what is happening to his good name. I have purchased 2 Honda's from this dealership in the past 3 years. Both were good experiences, it why I returned. There has been a complete turnover in staff, that should have been red flag that something was amiss. I got there at 10am and left at 4pm with my vehicle. 6 hours. It took them four and a half hours to complete a tire change. Not only that when you ask them how long the wait they continue to reiterate that it’s twenty more minutes. I sat there and watched people who came after me, leave before me . Worst service I ever received. I will not be coming back to this location.
