Service Dept. is terrible ! They were not friendly when I brought my car in and they never called me to let me know how much things would cost , they just did the work and expected me to pay . Terrible business practice, well good for them but not the customer

Deplorable Customer Service The customer service and professionalism is extremely deplorable. I initially wanted to purchase a 2016 Honda Civic because I’ve recently graduated from college, had a few credit challenges with a plethora of inquiries, and I knew I was trying to find something within my price range. Sales person abused me with racial remarks I was abused and threatened by Tony Henry on July 22nd 2019 at 7.30 PM when I refused to buy the car on the price he wanted to sell. I submitted my interest of buying Honda CRV EXL on Edmunds website and subsequently I was contacted by Tony Henry on 22nd july for the same. RIPPED OFF AND CHEATING!! RIPPED OFF & CHEATERS They sold me a car for $28,500 plus tax, dealer & title fee, with another $110 for floor mat. A week later, I randomly looked over the bill of sale copy which was sent home with me, I found out that after I paid $17750 ($15000 trade in and $2750 with credit card) I still had to financed $15359.67, they have charged me $4690.67 on top of $28,500. Engine seizing up due to error of technician On February 11th 2019 my daughter had her 2015 Honda Civic towed in to Carey Paul of Snellville Georgia due to her engine seizing up from an oil leak. Carey Paul Honda did the routine maintenance on her car and change oil with a full synthetic blend which had a maintenance schedule of intervals of 7,500 miles. Quick Lane Manager is the WORST Larry Morgan is suppose to be a manager but has no manners whatsoever! He was rude, wouldn't even let me explain what was wrong with my honda accord, made me wait forever and mumbled under his breath when I asked him question since I work in the industry. What a waste of time, never going to this place ever again. No one really pays attention, they don't care to put the customers first here. Left a sour taste in my mouth I had very high hopes for this place, but I turned out to have one of my most disappointing experiences ever with a car dealership here. The sales rep and the manager I dealt with were extremely unprofessional. I don’t want to name them here as a general courtesy. Took their sweet time to payoff trade in I traded in my 2014 Lexus is 350 at this dealership...they took 2 months to payoff the car. It adversely affected my credit. I went from a high 700s to a low 600s because of this! I had called the dealership countless times to only get the runaround! Stay away if you are trading your car in. Now I have to dispute this case with every bureau.

Deceptive Business Practices I purchased two cars in November for both me and my brother under my name. I paid off my car on August 30 and was notified by my lienholder to contact Carey Paul Honda all to let them know that I paid it off because I may be due a GAP refund.
