Don't shop here I bought the car over a month ago, it had a small mechanical issues, but was assured it would be taken care of on Monday. No attention to detail. Car not ready when delivered. Have tried working with dealer to resolve the issues and to date have been given lie after lie and misinformation, aggregation and irritation since the day we picked up the car.

Poor Once you Buy a car! I have been trying to process warranty cancelation for weeks. They don't return voice messages, they don't respond to phone calls and they don't respond even when you write letter to General Manager with tracking numbers. Worst post purchase service I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY!

Thuggish attitude of general manager against female customer I was in the process of closing a deal, when a commotion with physical and verbal violence erupted in the parking lot. The general manager Dennis Johnson was claiming a female customer had not paid for two months and was demanding that she return the car. She in turn was demanding that they return the car she had traded-in two months ago. Bad service My service provider was Mike. I brought my car in yesterday, I showed him the problem with my van. The middle chair was not sliding forward or backwards smoothly, I think it needed some lubricant on the rails. The 3rd row chairs weren't folding smoothly, it requires some muscle to collapse them.my wife drives the car and she couldn't do it at all. Customer Service I went into the dealership to complete a tire service. Although the work was completed and to my satisfaction missing money from car is another. I went to grab my cash that was in my car to use the sake day but in the evening and found that it was missing. I will not be going back to this location again due to the fact that whomever worked on the car went through my things and that is not great customer service nor is it honest.

Crooked!!!! This dealership is full of crooks.... My fiancé and I bought a used car from them only to be told 3 weeks later that the loan didn't get approved and that we needed to bring the car back. Then they started they had found a lender to write the loan come on in and sign the papers plus they were gonna take a truck we have and pay it off as an additional trade. Just not the dealership for me I visited Carey Paul on several occasions. There were several recalls,and an EXPIRING warranty extension. I was told to make my appt. for the OIL CONSUMPTION WARRANTY. I had just gotten an oil change, and was advised to bring it back at the end of the current oil change so they could complete an oil change and have me come back. Worst Experience with the Sales Rep. Most Unprofessional!! Please think twice before going to this dealer. Maybe you might find one or two professional guys.
