Very Pleased At first we didn't know exactly what we wanted from our new car, just that we needed more space. Best Chevy Dealership in town! I took my Chevy that I'd previously bought from these guys in to trade it in. Having worked with this dealership before, I expected a certain level of courtesy and professionalism from them, and the sales guy who helped me (Brian Robison) definitely exceeded my expectations. Tried others, liked Stonebriar I am a USAA member and used their car finding service to narrow down the car I wanted and was then referred to several USAA certified dealers. Stonebriar was not one of them. The certified dealers did not have the car I wanted. I used Cars.com to find the car I wanted at Stonebriar. Other dealers indicated they could get the car for me, but the price was not competitive with the Stonebriar internet price. Can't say enough good things A friend of mine recommended Stonebriar's body shop a couple of years ago for some repairs to my BMW 645i convertible ( yes , a BMW) They did a great job and when I decided I no longer could tolerate the maintenance nightmare ( the same BMW out of warranty) I went to Stonebriar in search of a new Tahoe. Very Impressed! We went in recently to take a look at a used Tahoe. Took a test drive and decided that particular one wasn't for us. Our sales person, Chris was awesome. Very personable, funny and down to earth. We felt like we made a connection with him even though we didn't buy a vehicle from him. He followed back up with me a few times just to check in with me and let us know he was still looking for us. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership just off our our experience with Chris.
Not for first time car buyers If you are new to the car buying experience, do not go to this dealership alone. Obviously honesty is not a priority in sales, because that is just the nature of the business, but people keep pointing out seemingly obvious things about my new purchase that I, being a first time buyer didnt know to ask about, or even look for, so it makes me feel embarrassed and mislead, and even used--as an easy target.
