This is one of those dealerships that give dealerships a This is one of those dealerships that give dealerships a bad name. The salesman was great but the management will try to change the rules on the price and incentives. Dont trust what you see on their website. To make matters worse, the offered me a ridiculously low trade-in value that would give the employees at Carvana and Carmaxx job security. After spending over an hour there, I had to walk out shaking my head.

Purchased new truck on Black Friday. Purchased new truck on Black Friday. I have bought car in past from them and thought it was a poor experience before, but since they local I wanted to give them another shot. The deal outlined on the website was fair, so I really didn't need to negotiate it. However, when I got the deal sheet, there was an extra $2000 in aftermarket adds that was not on the website. Terrible. Terrible. We made an appointment for our first oil change and tire rotation.we arrived 5 minutes prior to our scheduled time and we were told that we would have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes because they had walking that were in front of us. So what was the purpose of making an appointment? We spoke to a service manager and she told us she would expedite our vehicle and give us a free care cash and vacuum. In my opinion, Stonebriar is not a good and honest In my opinion, Stonebriar is not a good and honest dealership. My experience with them when buying a Vette was very poor.

Terrible experience. Terrible experience. The information requested via email was not provided, instead they insisted the best deal is if I go in person to the dealership. I had to go out of town, but Nick and anyone in this dealership do not give up constantly texting, calling and emailing after I specifically told them NO.

I had a 2 PM appointment and went to the service center, I had a 2 PM appointment and went to the service center, but they said there was no reservation. A person named Terry had even sent me a confirmation text. However, nobody there took any action. Terry acted annoyed about my issue and just brushed it off, saying he didn’t know anything. They’re only friendly when selling the car—after that, the service is completely terrible.

Buyer beware. Buyer beware. Save your time and go somewhere else. They will pack the deal at every turn. Was quoted one price got there to do the deal and the price now had a dealer add of $4000 on a lease and wouldn't disclose money factor or depreciation.
