Terrible. Terrible. We made an appointment for our first oil change and tire rotation.we arrived 5 minutes prior to our scheduled time and we were told that we would have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes because they had walking that were in front of us. So what was the purpose of making an appointment? We spoke to a service manager and she told us she would expedite our vehicle and give us a free care cash and vacuum. While waiting we spoke to other customers who had been waiting hours as well although they had an appointment.... read more

In my opinion, Stonebriar is not a good and honest In my opinion, Stonebriar is not a good and honest dealership. My experience with them when buying a Vette was very poor.

Terrible experience. Terrible experience. The information requested via email was not provided, instead they insisted the best deal is if I go in person to the dealership. I had to go out of town, but Nick and anyone in this dealership do not give up constantly texting, calling and emailing after I specifically told them NO.

Upon arrival the salesman immediately passed us to a different salesman because, ?he was too busy?. The second salesman lacked knowledge of the vehicle in question as well as the offered features. I had a 2 PM appointment and went to the service center, I had a 2 PM appointment and went to the service center, but they said there was no reservation. A person named Terry had even sent me a confirmation text. However, nobody there took any action. Terry acted annoyed about my issue and just brushed it off, saying he didn’t know anything. They’re only friendly when selling the car—after that, the service is completely terrible.

Buyer beware. Buyer beware. Save your time and go somewhere else. They will pack the deal at every turn. Was quoted one price got there to do the deal and the price now had a dealer add of $4000 on a lease and wouldn't disclose money factor or depreciation.

This place is a waste of time. This place is a waste of time. They send all the right emails but fail to follow through with anything. Got a video from Internet Director Kerri Petty about how good you will be treated and how important our customers are to them…… blah, blah, blah! BEWARE. BEWARE. CLASSIC BAIT AMD SWITCH. They list a vehicle on Cars.com for one price and then you spend hours negotiating based on that price all the find out they throw in a $3000 quote dealer prep/reconditioning fee” at the very end when you get a sales sheet. It’s the classic “bait you into the dealership with one price”, and then “switch it up with another one $3k more” after hours of going back and forth.
