Got a video from Internet Director Kerri Petty about how good you will be treated and how important our customers are to them…… blah, blah, blah! Then I got a video of the truck I was asking a bit from Salesman, Jason Helsley again ….more blah, blah, blah. Neither one of them ever followed through with anything or responded to any of my emails. Even the “did you get all the info you needed” e... read more

The work itself was well done. The work itself was well done. But I am giving 1 star in Customer Service. First of all, I already had a budget for the work performed, and they charged me 115$ more, no matter what. And they never call me before performing the job to request my authorization. Second, even when I speak english, I requested to be attended by somebody speaking spanish because is my tongue language and I don't know some technical words in english related to the job they had to do. So... Mr. Oscar attended me but f... read more

Awful. Awful. Zero stars if it were possible. Sold me a 2025 when I specifically said I did not want a 2025 but a 2024. My bad for assuming the salesman was showing me what I asked for. Realized this after everything was done at which point he said "oh, we probably don't have anymore of those". Had to pay $1995 for an accessory package that needs to be installed on my own time at my inconvenience. When asked to have this charge removed if I didn't want or need it I was told no. Bad sign when my first thought is "how soon can... read more

Scummy used car sales techniques, went to see a car last Scummy used car sales techniques, went to see a car last week and was immediately hounded with "so what kind of monthly payment would you be wanting?" aka the typical price-hiding xx that most car dealers love to do. Sales person and manager were immediately combative once I shot down the notion of immediately signing papers to make a deal, and were trying to coerce me to run a credit check before I had even seen the vehicle. After seeing it and then going back inside,... read more

By now the Manager was frustrated with me and got short with me. I said so that is what I get for 100.00. He said what do you want me to do. I said talk to the person that did the work. Manager said really you want me to walk out there and ask him, I said yes. Because it wasn’t reset we don’t know if it got changed. Manager said well all you have to do i... read more
