Prices are not transparent and lot of hidden thing Selling scrap cars in preowned. They don’t show CARFAX online. Car with poor maintenance are selling for more price. Online shows 30K in the asking price but after reaching dealer they add unnecessary accessories like additional Key 500, tint 500 cleaning and detail 500 and commission 500 and selling at 35K Prices are not transparent.

Deceptive Deceptive, fraudulent, misrepresentation, false claims, buyers beware, watch out for the service department as well. They will damage your vehicle and not take accountability. They like to respond to reviews but then when you provide details on what they did wrong they stop engaging with you. Go to another Chevrolet dealership in the area

Shady dealership! I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Corvette on 8/13/2022 from Stonebriar Chevrolet in Frisco, TX. My wife and I had a good experience dealing with Adi our salesman. We agreed on the purchase price and the amount of our trade. When it came time to finance the car, TJ tacked on 2 warranties in the sales contract. Charged for service they did not do - won’t refund Stonebriar performed a number of services on my vehicle. I was charged $105.30 for an oil change that I specifically declined at the time I dropped my vehicle off at the dealer, and the oil change was in fact not done on my vehicle. Don't trust this dealership. Scam artists Went to test drive a vehicle. Made an offer it was declined. Fine. Was contacted a day later, got approved for the loan, and went to sign paperwork and they added scam charges, like window tint and wanted me to pay for a second Key. I have bought and paid off 8 vehicles. NEVER once have I been up charged 1600 dollars for window tint that was already on the car, or a second key which was handed to them by the previous owner. Stay away as far as possible Stay away from this dealer as far as you can. They have taken a deposit from me over a year ago and agreed to msrp pricing. Today I get a message saying that I will have to add a $5000 non refundable deposit and the car will be $50000 over msrp. This place has no integrity for repeat customer, imagine what they will do to a new customer….
Useless Extended Warranty First, I encourage each reader to look at all the reviews for Stonebriar's Service Dept. Terrible Used Car Buying Experience Absolute worst buying experience I've ever had. I would give zero stars if I could. Bought a 2 year old used car with 15,000 miles on it. They "couldn't find" the spare key so they said they would keep looking. It was never found and they charged me for a new one and acted like they were doing me a favor then.
