AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT - AWFUL. I brought my ‘23 Suburban in for a check engine light and warning message. Dropped off on Tuesday morning, picked up Friday. Get into the car and check engine light is still on and same warning message appeared again. 3 full days and nothing done. Cost me $250 for rental car Tuesday - Friday and inconvenience of back and forth to dealership and nothing was accomplished. Asked if they wanted to try again to make this right. STEER CLEAR!!!!! Terrible experience, if I could leave 0 stars I would. No one knows one hand from the other. Have been given misinformation from the moment we started the process of purchasing the car a MONTH ago and still dealing with it now. Love my car, but this dealership needs some work!!!! Will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone!

Stay far away from this dealership. They will lie to you, cheat you out of money, not reply to emails or calls, fail to complete their paperwork and procedures appropriately when doing business with them. Pay very close attention to all the 1-Star reviews. The 5-star reviews are being meticulously posted and are fake.

So where do I begin with this place. We just moved to Texas and we were looking for a dealership for repairs and when we decided it was time for an upgrade. We chose this dealership as it had higher Google reviews. We had an issue come up with the collision alert system and called in and scheduled an appointment. We then called back and needed to reschedule so we could get an appointment with a loaner vehicle. **Used Car Sales** I traded in a very modified Mustang GT to them and I am very happy with my purchase and how the New Car team treated me. But today, I got a Facebook message from the guy that bought my car, lucky for him, I left a speeding ticket in the glove box. When I traded in the GT, I provided a list of modifications to at least 3 people and gave VERY detailed instructions on the fuel system (e85 only) and many other things that could be damaged if the wrong fuel was used. We paid cash for a 2016 Tahoe from here and it was a frustrating experience. The media remote was in the center console when we test drove it but when we got it back from detail and drove away the remote wasn’t in there anymore. Because we didn’t take a picture of it no one would do anything to get us a remote. By the time I spoke to the head manager or director (not sure the title) his first comment was “oh you’re the one that said my detailer stole a remote”.
