It’s very unfortunate that I am unable to provide a positive review for this business. I have bought only a few cars in my day but this was the most angering that I have endured. I did as most people do now days being that I was an out of town customer and communicated with salesman Daniel Weaver over the phone and via text concerning a very nice 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe. A sales person at this dealership gave incorrect information to me about my vehicle and the dealership will not correct to take care of the customer. Will take elsewhere for future service. Will NEVER buy another vehicle there again!

Absolute worst service department. I got my truck towed in on Monday night and have been strung along ever since. Timothy has told me all week that it would be looked at that day. Now being told wont even be able to have it looked at before next week. And to top it off no loaners due to the Gm strike. And told by my advisor to take an uber twice a day.

Chuck was super nice and friendly! However I authorized $160 and when I came to pick it up the price was $213. I was very upset when I left and service didn’t care!! $213 for one lightbulb change is ridiculous when 2 other dealerships it would be $115!!! I was also told they would wash and vacuum my car which was not done but isn’t a big deal. Great customer service when dropped off but not when I picked up.

This dealership could care less about their customers once you have purchased. In the service department, They were not good at staying in touch with me. I had to reach out after having my car after it being in their shop for 12 days to find out what was going on with my car. When I called they didn't know. From there, to make it worse (if that's possible), they went back and forth on what was wrong and what was or wasn't covered under warranty. Very crooked people. Told me the could get a car financed for the told price. they lied. got letter in the mail today saying they would only finance as much as my bank would with a much higher interest rate. dont trust them

Beware! Worst place to get car serviced! Do not trust them with your vehicle. I am not an expert on vehicle maintenance so I, like any other young lady, trusted the dealership's service professionals. They were the only dealership to ever maintenance my car. My experience with this dealership while residing in TX: 1. Water was getting into my trunk. There was a dent inside the trunk area that they claimed was the cause and wanted to charge $700 to fix.
