Horrible customer service and communication from the service department. I will never go there again and would not recommend to anyone. When your service advisor tells you they will call with an update- they need to call. And if you can’t get a check engine light looked at for 5 days- let the customer know ahead of time not when they walk in

Worst customer service. DO NOT buy anything from them! Bought a brand new 2021 Tahoe Z71, charged me market up charge!It caught fire a few months later. They took forever and came up with every excuse under the sun trying to blame it on us. We got corporate involved and threatened lemon law, ironically my car was ready the next day. Stonebriar Chevrolet have taken a deposit from me over a year ago and agreed to msrp pricing. Today I get a message saying that I will have to add a $5000 non refundable deposit and the car will be $50000 over msrp.
This place will lie and take advantage of you. My salesperson looked me in the eyes and completely lied to me, then danced circles around it later. They sold me a car that immediately needed repairs and wouldn’t do anything about it. Very unprofessional. They also placed a false lien on the car I purchased. I paid cash but they filed it with a bank. I’ve been trying to get my title for 4 months and they won’t help. A title I paid for when I purchased the car, but will have to pay for again at the DMV. I’m not one to do this. Ever. Never leave bad reviews. Usually just suck it up, but for this one I just can’t. Terrible customer service. Short with you when you have any questions when making a purchase! Make you feel like you’re an inconvenience after you sign the papers. Finance managers were the worst and so rude. I got charged for a diagnostic test when I told them to stop it and they didn’t and they were supposed to fix my washer fluid leak and didn’t test it so when used it I assumed they checked it and didn’t so I had to make 2 trips 65 miles each way didn’t even offer to compensate me for the trip and trouble I had to endure so NO I would not recommend the service department 😠
Hey good morning, Has anyone ever purchased a vehicle from here and over a month later they call you stating you owe them another tab for registering your vehicle?? And that their computer didn’t calculate the excise tax correctly? Thank you!
