I wish I could give 0 or negative stars! The experience of buying the car was painless and easy, but we found out we were lied to by the finance department. The guy who helped us in the finance department no longer is employee there. My assumption is that he has lied to other people as well. We were told our warrenty we purchased included ANYTHING under the hood. I confirmed with him 3 or 4 times before we signed our contract. This is the most incompetent dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have had our car for a month UNTOUCHED and avoid our calls!! Afraid of the state our car will come back in. We were in the day it was towed in, talked to sale about trading in, they saw it, estimated it, and then FORGOT TO INTAKE IT FOR 10 DAYS! I been looking for a Chevy Trax for about a week I get the heads up that they have some today I hurry up in get there ready to purchase. Nevermind the dealer add-ons they add on no problem I know it's a popular car in it will be gone soon. No problem. Finance told me in order to finance I have to finance through them in not my pre approved Credit Union if I want to purchase the car. I could not purchase the car unless I financed through them. Whatever you do don’t go here! I came in on Saturday with a pre-approval from Capital One. The sales man Adi Ali was told by ME not to run my credit with any other banks because I have a pre-approval. He agreed it would only be ran by Capital One! Come Monday I have multiple credit inquiries. We never agreed to run my credit multiple times nor did I sign for them to run it again. I have yet to speak to anyone regarding this matter!
RecommendedSame thing only had car for 2 days purchased a dodge Durango with warranty on Saturday December 3. Worst place EVER!!!! How do you sell a vehicle out from under a deal that was already in the works??? Sales manager kept pushing back paperwork… Asked for deposit to hold and the truck.Changed his mind said they wouldn’t sell it before deal was finished. What a way to ruin someones Christmas!!! This place is an absolute joke. They hire the most disrespectful people, and it’s disgusting how they treat you the moment you walk in the door. I walked by the receptionist and never once did they look up or ask me what I needed. You’re better off going to James Wood where you know Customers come first.
Dealership = Stealership. Staff and management both incompetent, racist, and intentionally hike prices so their families can eat well while we trust them with our vehicles. On everything, I will never BUY nor SERVICE at Chevy again. THEY MUST BE STOPPED!!! Aubrey just clueless as they come. Liar, lazy, did I say liar? And to make it worse his manager nods and agrees. Guess they split the commission cut if management goes along with it. Never again.
Very shady dealership. TJ the finance guy added 2 warranties to my car. He lied and said they were only $3800 but in fact they were $6200. Don’t take their word for it. That was my mistake. Check your paperwork. It has taken a month and 1/2 to get these warranties removed. I’ve lost $235 on the warranties after I canceled them but Stonebriar doesn’t care.
