The Mechanics are just not reliable and can't be trusted. They have ultimately had my car over 7 times and just can't fix it. it's very disappointing.

Terrible!! I went to get my very first oil change on my new car. Mileage was 6900, they reported at 16100!!!! I noticed before I left and they said "your advisor is at lunch if you want to wait another hour you can see him". I had been there 3 1/2 hours!!!!! Just for an oil Change. Now they've reported the incorrect mileage to carfax. I called the advisor DC THREE times that day to make sure it was corrected, he promised it was. Found out via car fax it wasn't. Negotiated deal with salesman, then sales manager tried to change it. Slimy. We walked. Salesman called us and asked for time to fix it next day, which he eventually did. We agreed to be in to sign paperwork after work. Then we get a text that truck was sold to someone else. Crooked, slimy, dishonest. Do not trust these people.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received!!!! Biggest liars and RUDEST managers! Whoever BRAD is I would love to make him famous for his arrogant attitude and the horrible way he spoke to me. I will definitely be furthering my issues with this company to someone higher. The work of the service department is appalling. My Corvette is in worse shape after a service and now needs new brakes because they warped a rotor. I have to have the tires balanced again after their supposed roadforce balancing and they tried to charge me for more oil than my car holds.

Came to possibly buy a new Tahoe, the sales staff treated us like crap when they weren’t flat out ignoring us. Not how we expected to be treated not only with an appointment already scheduled but fully prepared to buy a $65,000+ vehicle. After our first test drive we waited 30 minutes for someone to even take the key back and then some young kid sales guy came up to us. I explained to the service advisor I wanted the exact same oil change and tire rotation service I received on a previous visit. I showed the service advisor the previous service agreement which itemized the work completed along with pricing. After my 2.5 hr wait for the service to be completed, I noticed on the service agreement had different pricing than the previous service agreement and also included an oil conditioner which I never agreed to. If I could give no stars I would. We bought a car from them a few years ago in all this time of calling to get the back up camera fixed nothing was ever done. Now we find out they never cut the key in the fob. I just went up there and they basically said too bad. Now I have to pay to get it cut. Such bs and I would never recommend this place.
