I set an appointment for an oil change at noon. It is now 3 pm no one has updated me or can give me an update. An oil change should not take 3 plus hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Chuck, thanks for letting me sit in the lobby over 3 hours while you talked with your friend and didn't think maybe you should let me know service is taking, what I hope is longer then usual.
I would give zero stars if it were possible. I've taken my 2014 Volt and it took them over a month to fix. I kept calling service department and my service advisor Austin for updates. It took me calling service manager to finally get him to return my call. I felt like they just pushed my car to the back and forgot about it. I would avoid this dealership like the plague.
