Purchased a brand new 2021 Suburban and the engine went out at 2,600 miles. Dealer is less than helpful and we are having to handle everything ourselves with GM. Customer service is severely lacking. Product is obviously junk. Go somewhere else.
Stay away from Chevy any warranty past 36k miles requires $160 diagnostic to find out whether they will cover it or not that will only be refunded if they do cover it. Whistling sound coming from my 2018 Silverado diagnostic not covered definitely trading in for a better manufacturer
I am pretty particular about my vehicles maintenance. I like everything done by the manual, even if it's not yet needed. I also prefer to have my maintenance done at the dealership versus 3rd party. Unfortunately, I will not be having my maintenance done at Stonebriar Chevy any longer. The bumper to bumper coverage is set to expire on my vehicle, I called and requested to have my car looked over for any items that may need attention/would possibly be covered before my warranty end. The rep I spoke with stated they did not do... read more
Chevrolet stonebriar has a garbage service! when i went there with money to buy my car brand new they were all helpful. now with my car with less than 6 thousand miles started to make noise on the brake and smell bad and they want to charge me 170 dollars to fix it, being the car Brand new!!! when i went to change the oil the first time i waited 1:30 they changed the oil, they didn't adjust the oil on the car dashboard, they didn't calibrate the tires, they didn't check the fluids in the car. when I went to change the oi... read more
Sales must be real good at Stonebrair Chevrolet as they had new Chevrolet Bolt's advertised on a number of different websites. I was interested and emailed them twice with no response thru Cars.com. I purchase about three to four cars a year over the internet and it always surprises me how poor the sales tactics are or the lack of effort on dealerships thru their internet sales departments. Some are so weak I don't know why they even have an internet sales unit. Well anyway, attached is a picture of my Chevrolet Bolt Premier... read more
Do not buy your car from Stonebriar Chevrolet!!! They sell faulty cars!!! We brought a 2016 Tahoe from Stonebriar Chevrolet about a month ago and we have had nothing but issues with it since. We drove 4 hours up to Frisco to hopefully buy this car from salesman John Cutler. He portrays himself as a family man who wants to help you in every way but that is as far from the truth as it can be. As soon as the deal is done he wants nothing to do with you and won't help you at all. We spent the whole day at Stonebriar Chevrolet... read more
**BEWARE PRE OWNED FROM STONEBRIAR** Bought a pre owned 2017 Chevy Colorado 2.5 months ago on a Manager's Special with the extended warranty. The Truck had a mild squeak when I hit the breaks from the day I drove it off the lot, I didn't think much of it due to the fact that it did not squeak every time at first. I took the vehicle in about a month and a half later due to the squeaking happening almost every time I hit the breaks and they told me nothing was wrong with it. After another month now its much louder so I bro... read more
Going into an actual dealership and getting your car serviced, you'd expect great detail in regards to them checking/diagnosing your vehicle. After leaving my car the first time and agreeing to pay the amount giving to fix the issue, I then noticed the same problem (not as bad as the the first time) right after picking it up two days later. I called the dealer and explained my car was doing the same thing (not as bad as the first time) and took it back, just to find out it was a separate issue and I had to pay for anoth... read more
On Aug 5th, 2020, Bryan Williams, the preowned sales manager told me that I would not be approved for a loan without an extended warranty for a 2013 VW Passat. The extended warranty amount was $3,690 and that the bank would also charge him to approve my loan (tag price for vehicle was $7,598, was charged an additional $1,297, total cost for vehicle went to $8,895). I was also charged $399 for tints that the vehicle already had prior to them detailing it and $199 for a second key, which I never received. Bryan also told me th... read more
