Purchased a brand new car here a few years ago for my special needs teenage son (now a young adult), but never again! We have been treated very poorly on many (service) occasions after the deal was done. Just very inconsiderate and poor after sale customer relations. We will never give this dealership another dollar. Most of all, watch out for Bill. Absolutely disgusted by the way we were treated in their service department. Obviously I should have checked reviews here before bringing in my car for service. First I bring my car in. They tell me to pay a fee -- I tell them, no I have extended warranty. They cant find it??? I dig out through old emails, find the paperwork, including the number for them. Somehow they cant look up their own warranties purchased at a chevy dealership?? I have extended warranty and documented problems. After a day, they give me the "we... read more

It's clearly obvious to see why your ratings are so horrific on yelp. Worst experience I have ever encountered at a car dealership in my life. Liars, and The finance company even called them out for doing shady business practices. I would seriously walk before purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. They should be shut down

Thanks everyone for the reviews!! My son took his Camaro here for a recall issue and while he was there, he asked him to look into his A/C since it recently quit cooling. After getting the over $1,000 estimate just to see what's wrong, I checked their Yelp reviews and felt he was getting scammed as many of you have. He's taking it elsewhere for sure. I WOULD NOT LET THESE GUYS CHANGE THE AIR IN MY CAMPING MATTRESS! Bought my truck here new. Serviced here and recalls done here. Yes, you will wait for an oil change but I understand that. Recently (November LAST YEAR) brought truck in and they suggested a transmission flush. Against my better judgement, had it done. Shortly thereafter; PROBLEMS! Called to try and get it looked at. Bought a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 10/1/19. It's now 1/26/2020 and I have yet to receive my tags or license plates. I've had to return to the dealership to separate times to get temp tags. Every time I i talk with my sales guy he can never provide a status. I'm sick and tired of this. I will be getting an attorney since I'm paying insurance and the truck note. Not sure if the i even mine. DO NOT BUY HERE! Should be able to give 0 stars.

I brought my '16 Tahoe to Stonebriar for an AC issue. My Service Advisor, Brian Hershman told me I would need to pay for a diagnostic fee, however my vehicle more than likely has a common issue with the condenser that is actually covered by GM. Brian then calls to tell me that their $159 diagnostic service concluded that the issue was not the condenser, and I would need to pay an additional $280 for an "evac & recharge" to find the source of my Freon leak. Well with the reviews I have read here's another horrible service review.. had a scheduled appt for 2 weeks, confirmation emails, everything good. The day of the appt comes, appt is at 11am. Get a call at 915, "oh your appt needs to be rescheduled, we are booked today". How does this happen? Why even make an appt?

I regret to inform you that I chose to take my vehicle to another service provider as I realized that yours was the location at which I had a very unpleasant experience with both your Service Manager as Well as your General Manager. My experience with your facility left me with the feeling that your business is conducted with a discriminatory agenda and of that I will have no part nor will I participate in its perpetuation through support of your facility.
