After spending nearly $8k in repairs at this facility in three different service trips for related issues, they informed us we had engine damage and needed a new engine. Extensive research made it clear they did not properly diagnosis the issue in the first place, which is why we continued to have engine misfires, issues with oil pressure and ongoing rough idle/knocking. If the service manager was not aware of the several class action lawsuits against GM for the 5.3L engines having the same EXACT problem as ours, then they n... read more

Engine light came on my 2016 Chevy Colorado. took it in. A "part" needed to be changed in order for that light to go off. A purge valve needed to be replaced: $51.92 LABOR AMOUNT: $579.83 Shame on them. This is an American made automobile. Shame on them!

Brought my truck in for service for a simple maintenance fix. I called ahead and ordered the part they needed and the parts guy quoted me at mid 300's for everything. Labor included. Dropped the truck off and 5 hours later they call me back and say it's going to be almost $1000 to fix. Told them no and still got charged $169 for labor for them to "diagnose" a problem they already knew about in advance. I'll never be back to service my vehicle here or buy a new one. Absolute crooks.

Absolute worst buying experience I've ever had. I would give zero stars if I could. Bought a 2 year old used car with 15,000 miles on it. They "couldn't find" the spare key so they said they would keep looking. It was never found and they charged me for a new one and acted like they were doing me a favor then. Once I got home I realized I hadn't checked the spare tire and the spot for it was empty, which is my bad I should've checked and never trusted a dealership. I called and they said it came that way, which of course is ... read more

So where do I start RUN away and don't come to place for matineance or any kind of repairs. My husband took his car for a tune up and got 872 dollars worth of work and then the car stopped running 5 days later. When I called up on Monday night around 6:45 pm Maria who btw is just a service advisor first tried to tell me that my husband refused the tune up, basically insinuating that because he did not do that the car stopped running. I then asked to speak to a manager and she said "I AM THE MANAGER" which upon further resear... read more

Would never shop with them again. Accidentally left items in the car we traded in. When they called, we asked for them to hold items, and they agreed. Due to COVID, we were unable to drive right back. Our drive is over an hour to the dealership. When we were able to drive the hour and 15 mins back, the sales person said he "no longer had the items". No reason or excuse was given. Going to now have to replace our sunglasses and other items. This same sales person was also extremely upset when we didn't receive his survey, and... read more

Don't do it! They will lie to you and add bs warranty to your car that does absolutely nothing to benefit you! This dealership is the poster boy of the used car salesmen.

Let's start with this. Greg my advisor was amazing and did as much as he could to help. He was very helpful and answered my questions. I give him a 5/5 The service side and management 0/5. They were awful and don't care about there guests unless they spend money with them. I brought the vehicle in for a recall and I hope they looked over the vehicle for the recall like they said they did, they stated everything was fine and no concerns at this time. I didn't even make it out the parking lot before I had to bring it back ... read more

Was here for a flat tire on my Corvette, which I bought new from Stonebriar. Was there 3 hours yesterday, only to ultimately get told they didn't have my tire in stock. 4 hours waiting on their "difficulties" getting the tire on the wheel today, only to find out they were lying to me, hadn't even tried putting my tire on, and can't find their wheel lock. There was a used tissue sitting in their waiting area both days. Nobody wore masks, and the service manager was picking his nose all day. Bathrooms are broken and disgusti... read more
