Are there any Chevrolet Dealers in DFW that know what they are doing, or that actually care about their customers? My truck was making a "squeaking sound" from the front end. I brought it to classic because I am in grapevine. They told me that they "greased something" and it wasn't squeaking anymore. A few days later it came back. This review is for the service department, I have no experience with their sales team. That being said, I have no plans to ever take my car back there after seeing how they are not transparent and have a completely backwards scheduling process for appointments. I had no issues with them on routine maintenance, but as soon as I had a more complex problem, it exposed how horribly the service department is run. I recently inquired about a vehicle that was advertised. I saw the exact vehicle for 3,000 cheaper near Houston. I asked them to match the price and the response was comical. I was told " no can do" maybe you should go and buy the cheaper one. Lol, are you serious? I'm sure the owners of the dealership would love to hear about their sales team turning people away for 3k. I'll definitely buy from the other dealer since they are throwing in free delivery.

I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the last 3 years. The problem isn't with the vehicles. The problems are with the service department. I called to schedule my first initial oil change with them which supposedly free. I go in and the service advisor who's assigned to me couldn't seem to find my appointment nor if the service was free. He asked me if I'd ever been there before. So I saw a truck online and came in specifically to test drive the advertised truck. I pulled up and walked straight to the truck I wanted to test drive. Luckily is was right in front of the building so I figured someone would help me out soon. Was shopping for a new/used car for my daughter. Found, what appeared to be a great deal on a used Mazda. Come to find out there are "dealer add ons" that cannot be declined. $350 for window tint, $260 for a second key, and $120 for wheel locks. Good grief on a 2018?? It should already have two keys, and at the very least I should be able to opt out I think. Anyway it was little frustrating to say the least, but thankful I didn't drive nearly 4 hours to find that out there. The search continues.

I saw a car online that I was interested in and decided on a whim to stop by just to check it out. Parked and went in Sales department and saw a few people walking around. This was around 2:30 on a Friday and as i could see not too busy with customers. Not one sales person greeted me or said someone will be with you in a moment. Needless to say, I turned around and left.

We purchased a pre owned 2020 Chevrolet Trax. The Bluetooth option does not work in this particular Chevy Trax. We have taken it back to the Stonebriar we were given other Chevy Trax as loaners and her (my wife's phone) connected with no issues. They refuse to replace the Bluetooth receiver even though replacing the obvious issue would resolve the problem. The only other resolution is for my wife to downgrade phones so she has less memory and the phone works slower or they can give her another 2020 Chevy Trax where the B... read more

Stonebriar I worked out a deal with Stonebriar Chevrolet on a camaro, but when I came to pick it up they had dealer traded it to another dealership. Credit reports and financing all done. Disappointed in this dealership since I bought a car from here before. I would not trust them to do another deal.
