This dealership will do anything for a quick buck. Including stabbing you in the back. Found a vehicle we were extremely interested in through this dealership. I visited the dealership in December for regular maintenance. I received two services, an oil change and a 15 point inspection. I was told I needed tires. However I knew my tires were still in excellent condition because I hadn't driven my car in two years due to working from home while Covid was happening. "Liars " I went to trade a vehicle and buy a new one. We agreed on 7500.00 for the trade and 21000.00 for the new. They at first charged me 36000.00 for a 24000.00 MRSP vehicle. I called immediately when I got home and looked at my paperwork to ask why it was so high. They said its because I added insurances to the vehicle ( apparently any add warranty will cost you over 23000.00).I decided to go back the next day. "Liars/Forged Documents" We traveled 2 hours and purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk July 3rd. The salesperson was average. She explained to us there was a Service Contract that was "Included" in the price of the vehicle. Well, the Service Contract is "included" meaning you can't remove it from the car. "Replace recalled passenger-side air bag" I had an appointment, and when I arrived, Chris took me right on in. The repair time was estimated at 45 minutes, but the replacement took only about 30. The representative Chris extended a friendly greeting upon my arrival, courteously notified me of the completion of the work, and spoke to me as I left. Overall, the experience was brief and pleasant with no wasted time.
"Timeliness " I specified I needed my car back no later than 3.Was told no problem. From 3 on I kept calling. When I called at 3:40 was told it was ready. Dalton never called me even though I left a message for him to call with another service tech
