"Service department " Had a better experience from the 1st one staff was rude but Tang took very good care of my car and also apologize for the last time.
"Tune up and oil change" I have to take my car back. After you changed my oil, you did not reset my oil change indicator. Now I have to take the car back in again. Very disappointing.
"Costly Amounts for service" Lately every time I bring my car in for a service it cost my over 500.00 dollars. I could understand this if I had not kept up the maintenance on my car. I was very up set the last time I came in . The technician came and informed me I needed over 500.00 worth of work done when I had just had 1.400.00 worth done the previous visit. "Long wait times" The wait was much longer than originally stated. The coupon price was not honored as stated once I arrived. The prices were not provided prior to the service
"Appointment " It would be nice to not way. Three hours for service once you make an appointment. The technicians were friendly and my car was serviced well . The wait time is just too long.
"Learn something different " Love my car but I am very disappointed that it doesn’t come with a CD I almost change my mind very time I get in my car I get disappointed
"As usual, the visit was short..." I arrived at 7:25 am for my 7:30 oil change appointment and was signed in right away. They reviewed the records on the car and told me what I would need in the near future also expressing what I could do during this visit. I chose to do some other work to avoid returning, knowing it would take more time than I had originally anticipated. I was on my way out by 9:05, and I don't have to return for routine maintenance until next oil change!
"replacement shock absorber" They replaced a damaged schock absorber to tne car we bought from them a few days earlier at no cost without any hassle and quickly
"Frustrating" I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do what's best for them all around. Not for the customer. They lie. And they told me they would take care of things with my trade in and that's been a headache. And every time i talked to them, they reminded me about this survey and TOLD me to make sure I rate it the highest possible.
