Great experience We always have a great experience here. Repairs are explained well, service is fast, and everyone is always friendly and polite. They make car repairs *almost* enjoyable!
New tires. I was seen immediately at Honda of Conyers and the staff member explained very clearly the options available to me.Service was very prompt . Will come again.
Great Deal This was a wonderful deal. Great help from Sharmeka Rivers...very supporting through an ordeal with Equifax on phone. Meka was wonderful. One small problem...she went to have the papers signed and set up a meeting with finance. I sat for about 1 hour waiting until I started to get restless and walking around. Someone saw me and asked what I was waiting for!!!! This was not good.
Great customer service Mike was very helpful and kind! Awesome customer service. He was able to get my car in and out in about an hour exactly. Great job.
Stewart The price quoted for service was accurate, the time framed given was accurate, and the payment line was also not a long wait. Over all the service went as Stewart said it would be.
Oil Change This was my first oil change since purchasing my new Civic back in June. I made the appointment online and the experience was great. I adhered to the Advisor's suggestion of the tire rotation. Even with the unplanned-for service, I was still finished within the hour----just as the Advisor stated. Also, the price was surprisingly reasonable. Overall, it was very pleasant! P.S. Very Satisfied Customer Eboni Cunningham, Mo- Deen, & Freddie Watson were all fantastic to work with. Each person took their time explaining details & answering all of my questions ( crazy or not). I told Eboni that I wasn't leaving without a car & she stayed with me the entire day until I found my beautiful car & drove it off the lot.
