"No phone call" I went on Last Friday the 23rd. I was there to get an oil change. I didn't have any concerns but I had to call them to see the status of my car. I called at 6:01pm becasue they close at 6:30pm. The young lady in billing told me that my car was ready and my service provider had left. She stated someone called me but I did not have any missed calls. Other than almost being out of a car for the ENTIRE evening I have no complaints.

"Lied to about needing rear brake service " The Service adviser advised me that per the technician I would need to have my tears breaks changed soon. I informed the adviser that this work had been recently completed and there was no way I need breaks done. Later the adviser came back and said the technician fields out the form incorrectly and apologized. I will not be doing business with this dealer again, as I cannot trust the advisement.

"Customer service" The experience was pretty good. I just wish the service advisor had called me when my vehicle was ready. The actual service tech probably didn't thoroughly perform an inspection, because he wrote my front brakes needed future attention. The advisor said on my next oil change. I started to her I just had front brake pad and calibers put on less that 2 weeks ago. No way in xxxx I will need new front brake pads on my next oil change. She asked if I had brake pads done at Honda of Conyers. No, but they are new... read more

"My experience was so upsetting! " I will never bring my car to this location again! The complete lack of communication between new customers and staff is beyond poor! This lead to a lack of understanding until the FINAL payment was do (at which time I could not dispute because the job had been completed). I was over charged and rushed away as though my concerns where not valid! I will never visit this location for ANYTHING!

"Too high" Should have given the 10% discount. We had the email but my husband forgets to use them. I sent him an email again but he didn’t hear it. He’s hard of hearing due to Air Force.

"Sales Person Great, Management No So Much" We went to the dealership to look at a specific used car. Larry Perry was very friendly and knowledgeable. We took the car to our mechanic to insure that it was a good purchase. The mechanic identified several very basic items that had been overlooked in Honda's service. Larry agreed that they should have been handled. The Sales Manager, on the other hand, did not think they should take care of these items. It took a long tense conversation to resolve the issue to our satisfaction.

"Postive" Process went well except had to wait to long for finance. Car had chipped paint on bumper and long scratch that was noticed when I got home with it. The detail department should have seen this.

"Car never fixed" I brought my car there three different times & it was never fixed. I had an appointment one of those times & was told to bring it back another time during the week because the scheduler & the crew weren't on the same page. When I took my car the last time, they kept it for a week & let me use a loaner. They ended up calling me & telling me that they couldn't get the lights to come back on in the vehicle after turning them off & after I told them numerous times what they needed to do to get them to come back... read more

"Brake service and vibration " I had a complaint of vibration when vehicle initially started and when it is put in reverse. Bake pads replaced and rotors cut. In addition, the tires were rotated.
