"Axle repair" My car is running, however, it shakes and shimmys when turning right and pulling off. It is as if there is a lot of play in the axle. I brought it back and the shop said they could not notice the shimmy and that it could be a host of expensive things. They would have to order a sway bar but they weren't sure if that is the problem? "unsatisfactoty work the first time service" I took my car to have oil change with recommendation of wheel rotation & alignment. My car gotten worst when service was done. The steering wheel was shaking & the car was gearing to the left. It was not doing all that before I had it service. It reminded me of the saying, " If it's not broke, don't fix it." "Would recommend the service center but not sales" Every time I come to this service center it’s a great experience. It’s quick in and out majority of the time and I it’s first come first serve so sometimes it can take longer, but everyone is super nice and always smiling. "disappointed" requested oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change. We marked prior to the visit just to verify the rotation. When the car was supposedly ready, my husband noticed the tires had NOT been rotated but when he questioned it, he was told it was done. They ended up having to pull it back in and this time they did it. I just feel very, very disappointed that we were lied to about it. "Recall service work" My vehicle was taken in at my appointment time and service completed just 15 mins. over the estimated time. The service staff was polite at check-in and check-out and there was no attempt to do other service work! I will return :)
"wouldn't buy another car." The salesman didn't give a good description of the car. My husband had to asked alot questions about the car. They were not able to beat other dealers prices as stated. I wasn't informed the car didn't come with an Owner's manual. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership.
"My experience was not the best ." This dealership customer service is never the best as if there isn’t other Honda dealerships within reach . Advisors look like they don’t want to be bothered.
