"Gear Shift Trouble" My gear xxxx as flawed. The button that changes the gearshift fell out. I had no choice but to take it back to the dealer.Great treatment from staff.
"Nothing Special " I just felt that they didn’t do anything to make me a happy customer, it seems like they pick and choose who they be nice to they sit at the front desk like they are above you. This is just my opinion the financial lady was nice and seemed like she wanted to do more, but at the end of the day it was just business. The salesmen were cool but after that it just didn’t feel like I was being treated good
"Bad service" Bad service. I walk in Honda to get a car I desperately need. I just came from the shop and was told my old car was done , the engine was ready to give out at any moment. In 2018 everyone with a job needs a car especially in country areas. I go to Honda hoping they would work with me. I get approved for a car and they tell me to come sign and get the car. "Customer service" My car buying experience on Sept 22, 18 was great with Latoya(sales person), Mo Deen(mgr) and Marla(finance). It was a known fact that I was in town evacuated from the hurricane in NC and once I purchased my car I had to return back to NC for work and school. 5 days after buying my car, Sept 27, I had an issuse with the antenna fin that broke off. "Poor customer service " We have had car serviced here for years but this last time might be our last. Still having the trouble we brought it in for - doubt they ever checked what we recommended. Our service consultant was rude and dismissive of what we said the problem was, even after bringing it up before/ during and after the service.
"Oil Change" I own a 2017 Honda Civic. I love my car but I HATE using Honda services. Not wallet friendly at all. I would rather go somewhere else where I can get two services completed for the cost I paid for one.
"To my surprise I had to pay for oil change I" I purchased 4 different service plans to totaling over 3000.00 dollars and called and left a message for Freddy with no response from him.
"Worst nightmare...." Mr. Anthony Crawford helped me with all the buying stuff. He is good guy. But the finance department was happened to be worst nightmare for me. They troubled me and misguided in every sense. They only see their own business and not customer problems. Dont ever purchase a car from this dealership.
"Car wouldn't start" I brought my car in because it wouldn't start without being jumped. After being there two hours they checked the battery and said it was good. The next day the car had the same issue. I dont believe that they truely tried to find out what was wrong was the car.
