2014 Honda CRV Repair Thang was SUP)ER HELPFUL in resolving my issue--WalMart oil change employee failed to properly re-install the hard protective cover causing it to fail several days later (loud clunk underneath) while driving home. USAA covered repair cost above the $100 deductible. WalMart reimbursed me the $100 deductible. Thang has GREAT customer relations skills.
Dalton@Honda Conyers Dalton took care of my CRV as soon as I got there .I was there no longer than a hour an a half for oil change,tire rotate.That's what I'm talking about not at the dealership all day long and plus my appointment was at 2 pm.And was out of there before 4 pm.
Service Dept. I arrived near the close of the business day and the service dept. checked me right in. Told me how long the wait would be and I was in and out sooner than expected. Customer service as well as the service to my vehicle is always on point.
Got transmission and coolant fluid flushed The only thing was that they text me during the service but didn't tell me how long the wait would be and the guy didn't realize I wanted him to do all the work including the brake fluid flush, but over all it was a good experience.
Service not Purchase I would appreciate when im having my car service that a sale associate doesnt come asking me to purchase a new vehicle. I did not come there for that.
Car service I thought the service was good they took care of me speedily. I just wished I wouldve known on the front end that they couldnt detail my car at 7 oclock in the morning when I made my appointment. When the staff called for scheduling I felt that they shouldve known that especially since I told her that I had the agreement to have car service with detailing.
Conyers honda Manager was very agitated and rude. He did not seem to like the fact that I did my research and he tried to remove items from vehicle that were already installed. Ridiculous!! Who ever heard of a dealership asking you to return it to take installed parts on after purchase. Go elsewhere! Took forever even though I had price fixed online.
Honda service I purchased extended warranty and services, it hard for them to honor warranties, They expect the customer to do all the footwork , they will tell you that the particular person that does the warranty repair is not there and tell you come back on a certain day, and be careful because they will try to charge you for things that are warranted such as the service warranty.
Oil Change The oil change I got this year was fine, but I refused to let them rotate my tires. When I got my oil changed in 2018 after a few days my drivers side front tire began to shake the entire car. My husband figured out that the lug nuts on that tire were only finger tight.
