Scammer Lot Buyer Beware!! I called to verify lot inventory and was lied to three times. When we drove 45+ miles to this dealership to look at the cars they didn't have anywhere near what they committed to on the phone. They offered to "sell us a brand new model or a step up in package". The bottom line is that they lied to us just to get us in the door. Bull crap I took my car there and the prices is extremely expensive I took all five of my cars and they always charging me for everything
Dissapointed I really loved this dealership until my last two visits. I went in and had my oil changed, purchased life time balance rotation and filters. When I left both times my tire sensor was still showing on. Now I have to go back again. not happy
Regular service I took my CRV in for the regular oil change. Stuart in the Service Dept took care of the oil change and tire rotation for $170. His name is not included below.
Very unhappy with the service for the second time This is the second or third time that I have been in for service and when got back home i had a good report and from what I could see it was never done when I got it back i found that none of my fluids were full or topped off tire pressure was low on two of them coolant reservoir was empty washer fluid was also fluid was low so there's a problem somewhere this never happened 3 times in a row and this is the only service center that has service my Honda and they have left a lo... read more
Tech didn't thoroughly examine my car for an oil leak Tech should have seen the large leak coming from my VVT solenoid instead of the valve cover gasket. The leak caused large puddles in my garage. Extra 1K spent due to rush job. VVT valve gasket replacement was another $600 minimum, with discount. Decided to order the part myself for $21 and fix it over the holidays. Come on Tech, don't do costly guess work. Now I have to get my hands dirty. =-(

Awful Squeaky Windshield Wipers Brought car in for the second time for loud squeaky windshield wipers when it rains. Hope they work this time because it's awful sound
