Bad Service Kind of disappointed. In for oil change, but mentioned a knocking sound near right rear. After service was complete, the young gentleman told me everything looked good and that they fixed the noise I had been hearing by tightening the strut. It didn't last a day, I heard the knocking noise again. Guess I'll put up with it. I took a day off work to get this done. Sadly, I was lied to. I don't think it was checked out. I just bought my Accord 1 year ago, this should not have happened.
Oil change I just hate.. when I go in for a oil change (Only) and they say I need tires (just purchase 4 new tires)3 months ago.....and something sealed 295.00 something capped 185.00...and the entire waiting area have to hear the conversation
Service A oil change that was supposed to be $29.00 turned into $42.00
Service of car They updated my radio which is good, because I was having problems, but the changes that were made Im not familiar with especially on the map. I dont know how to get out of it. I dont know how to type a new address in. I use the voice. Cant type from my phone To show on map. Should have gotten a Manuel. And when Im on the phone via car, a beeping ring keeps coming on. Then it switches the voice from one side of speaker to other side. But the oil change and tire rotation was good.
No phone call I went on Last Friday the 23rd. I was there to get an oil change. I didn't have any concerns but I had to call them to see the status of my car. I called at 6:01pm becasue they close at 6:30pm. The young lady in billing told me that my car was ready and my service provider had left. She stated someone called me but I did not have any missed calls. Other than almost being out of a car for the ENTIRE evening I have no complaints.
Pam Nutt This dealership took the time to find out why my check engine light Came on and It was 5:00.
Customer service The experience was pretty good. I just wish the service advisor had called me when my vehicle was ready. The actual service tech probably didn't thoroughly perform an inspection, because he wrote my front brakes needed future attention. The advisor said on my next oil change. I started to her I just had front brake pad and calibers put on less that 2 weeks ago. No way in xxxx I will need new front brake pads on my next oil change. Too high Should have given the 10% discount. We had the email but my husband forgets to use them. I sent him an email again but he didn't hear it. He's hard of hearing due to Air Force.
Postive Process went well except had to wait to long for finance. Car had chipped paint on bumper and long scratch that was noticed when I got home with it. The detail department should have seen this.
