One of the worst We went in found a car we loved. We signed an agreement and they backed out last min. We still took the deal. Then my car was not inspected at all. It didnt have AC, zero oil. They never checked it before they even put it on the lot. I spent 17 hours there over a 3 day period. I had to get a rental, my car is now in the shop with them for 5 days

The wait time was extremely long This would be a great dealership if they had something to offer there customer besides a headache and a bill. I purchase two vehicles and wasn't offer anything to show appreciation.

Results of the Lifetime oil changes. This was my first oil change on my new Odyssey. My past experiences with dealer oil changes was that it would look like an "oil spill" underneath the car after they were done. I talked to one of the service managers and told him to make sure there was no spilled oil left under my car when I drove off. He reassured me that it would be clean. I took his word for it. Save At Conyers Honda I took my car to NTB in Decatur and their estimate was hunreds more than what I paid at Conyers Honda. They let me use a loaner car and the work was preformed in a very timely manner.. i will not take my car anywhere else but HONDA of CONYERS in the future. Returning for an oil change SOON.

Oil change and service check The oil was changed in a timely fashion. When I saw that the lights and the fluid levels were checked as good when they weren't it made me wonder what else may have been missed.

Installation of Window Regulator. $440.00 seemed a bit high for installation of a rear window regulator. I thought I would have a bit of a discount for someone who has owned hondas, lived in the Conyers area and has done business with Honda of Conyers for the last 20 years. But, I was in a rush and really needed it for my son, who just started driving, so I "bit the bullet." I love the folks at Honda. And I will keep going, but I cannot recommend folks to go to you all for the simple work. It's just too high in price.

Great Experience Other than the General Manager I bought a 2018 CR-V. All the people were professional and easy to deal with. I got a better prices than 4 other dealers I checked with (all by email and phone) and I got lifetime warranty on power train. For all that, I would give them five stars. Then something happened that took all the pleasure out of it and created a lot of anxiety for a week. Bad Service Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Noticed a few days later that tires were not rotated ( have one mis-matched tire, was in same place). Service writer gave me BS lip service, asked that Service Manager call me, never got called.
