IT WAS PRETTY AWSOME I had stop bringing my CRV TO HONDA OF CONYERS, because I was treated so shabby because no one WANTED to fix your VTC AUTO WHICH WAS A DEFECT IN THE CAR, ADAM SAVE THE DAY. BY GETTING THE TECH TO FIX MY VTC AND MY CATALITIC CONVERTER. WHICH I DID PAY FOR.
Dishonest sales dealers Buyers please be careful of the dealers at this car mart. I live in Florida and my sister in Georgia and I co-signed for her based on withheld information given by the salesman. We asked questions and he gave partial answers that led us to purchase a car. I was lied to I was told that I get a Honda care package deal when I buy the car but non of that is true after I bought the car. I called them a month ago they said they will wait till Anthony come back for lunch and no returned call. I came in asked for Justin and I had to buy from another dealer. Very stingy with sells, I sold my car to them and they didn't let up off the price difference. I was at the dealership to buy the car for 6 hours. VERY UPSET!!!
It started great, but ended horribly My sales rep was awesome, but it was unfortunate that the sales general manager (Mo Deen) yelled at me for purchasing a car... It was extremely awkward, and out of line for a so-called "GM" to talk to a consumer in that manner. I was happy at first, but ended horribly. I hope the owner reaches out, I would love for him to watch the video of how his employee (Mo) talks to customers.
Negative,. The time it took Financing to process the paperwork was quite long and time consuming,. The extremely hard sell to purchase extended warranties was irritating.
Came in for tire rotation and oil change I came in without an appointment, but the wait was not too long. Adam checked the records to see what service was needed. I had a nice conversation with another customer in the waiting area.
Conyers Honda The service managers are very nice, but you go in for a $30 oil change, and they tell you you need over$300 worth of service, before they have even looked at your car. The waiting area is a dump, and the restrooms are nasty. I was told they were bringing my car around, after standing outside in frigid weather for over 10 minutes, I was told my battery died and they had to jump my car off. I think someone dropped that ball, and they were not being truthful.
"Mandatory" Lifetime Warranty included with every purchase!! Run as far away as you can from these scammers. It is typical for a dealership to charge you anywhere from $499 to $799 for doc fees but it is ILLEGAL to force upon an aftermarket warranty to your clients and call it a mandatory "Reconditioning" fee.
