No navigation system like the sales person said I was told the truck had a navigation system but it did not when I called about it someone told me that someone would call me back but no one ever did
Organized--I like this Service Dept I compare this service dept for my Honda to my other service dept that services my Toyota van. Wish I had a Honda van, because the Toyota dealership is filled with self important "service advisors" who know next to nothing, are disorganized, and act like they hate the very customers who come in. Car wouldn't start I brought my car in because it wouldn't start without being jumped. After being there two hours they checked the battery and said it was good. The next day the car had the same issue. I dont believe that they truely tried to find out what was wrong was the car.
I'm big on customer service I truly read thru my invoice and I like it to spell things out for me, bottom line, tires were not rotated and fluids were not topped off, it makes me wonder if oil and filter were truly changed. Invoice says I refused tire balance , well I was never asked, back in the day your service person would explain to you what was needed, what they found, etc ...I got nothing, disappointing
Inexcusable treatment after they made a mistake on paperwork I had a fairly positive buying experience when I purchased a used Ford F-150 from Conyers Honda. My salesman was new, but eager to help. After a bit of haggling over price, we came to an agreement and went to financing, where Freddie Watson drew up the paperwork and the sale was completed. Replacement of turn signals Pulled up at around 2:20 pm and asked if they could replace my turn signal lights and I had already bought them. Told me they could do so in 20 to 30 minutes. They took care of me quickly and I was driving away at 3:05.
#simpleissuetooktoolong I was greeted immediately when I arrived, as there were no vehicles in the entrance ahead of me. I was told it would be about an hour to have my issue addressed. For a battery that was under warranty and the fact that there were only two people sitting in the waiting area. It took almost two hours to have a battery changed out. Since I called to see if I could just get the battery and put it in myself, I was told I had to have Honda install it for it to be under warranty. That was just a bit much to h... read more
