This is a fully automated storage space. And while that is super convenient, my access code did not work. However when I did call the number, the representative who helped me was super helpful. I had to call a couple of times because I couldn’t find my unit either, and she was excellent! Great value for the price. Customer service was exceptional.

A. Smaller than quoted. Paid for 10’x8’. The actual space is 9’x7’ B. Floor is uneven concrete. Although washed clean. It feels like very old, crappy floor. I had to put carpeting to not leave my stuff on the floor directly. C. All the rest so far went smoothly.
