I'm very un happy with the fact that you guys let someone give an alias name never checked I'd then they went in my storage and removed boxes of antique china dolls a whole box of the babies and I haven't figured out what all else they got. They were there at least 5 times in one day and also changed my code to get in. The real big thing is you guys say you have no cameras

It’s a scam. I booked a unit on the phone & then had to purchase another one because 1. No one was at the front desk & 2. I didn’t have any information on the unit only the receipt. I needed the access code and my unit number but I received neither & no one was at the front desk to help. I also had called many times & no one answered. After booking my second unit, I searched for the unit because again no one was at front desk & was unsuccessful. Yes just signed up. I came Saturday evening an the elevator was not working. It was around 6:15. The stairs were not going to work because I had heavy stuff. I went home to get a hold of someone and left a voicemail and I left an email Saturday and one Sunday morning to get answers. I got no replies. Yikes....what are my options. I need to get my stuff in storage!

Nobody at the front desk for an hour didnt know how to get to my space so it cost me 95 dollars more for the movers the desk worker was on the 3rd floor the whole time so my 50 % discount by doing it online didnt happen movers got it B.S.

Manager was sweet as can be. Upon opening our unit which needs oiled... I found disposable pads with blood on them. I also found a mask a drink bottle. I took pictures. Lifting the padding was chewed up material of some sort. Looked like rodent shedding. I should get this month free to be honest and next month half. That truly is disgusting. Then I had to hop on the door handle to get it to move to shut. The Amazon gift card and cheap month is great and all but I'd rather have a clean unit when I move in not have to break my... read more

I accidentally choose the wrong storage facility, but did not realize it until I received my confirmation. I’ve been trying since to get it canceled and receive a refund!
